They bike bag fits perfectly and now protect my Colnago when I travel with my vehicle. The bib seems heavy duty, tha padding is compy and fits pefectly.

I have been looking for an affordable bike bag to store my road bike for quite some time. I have never seen any bike bag anywhere near this price. Having previously purchased both clothing and a backpack from Ekoi, I have never been disappointed. That said, I am extremely impressed with the quality and durability of this bag!

Not a stiff bag, it is not enough to carry an expensive bike on a flight or bus. Anyhow for the price you pay its perfect to carry the bike inside the car or to store the bike if you dont use it very often. I have only used it to carry my road bike till now.

Firstly I'd like to say that this bag is well made and feels very robust.... I got this in the sale and it's a bargain at nearly half price.
The padding on the inside seems ok but the outside is lacking in any real protection from knocks. A few Velcro points and maybe even some padded support on the base wouldn't go amiss either, even if it costs more to buy.
I'm using mine to store a bike, would I use it to transport a bike? Probably not....the bike moves around too much even though I've padded mine out.
Why not offer another bag with more protection but at a higher price point.
All in all I'm still giving this bag 5 stars for the sheer value and the quality of it......
A few options would be cool though -

On receipt at our warehouse the pack will be dealt with within 5 working days maxi and the refund or credit made at the same time.
In case of refund, the amount will be sent back by reverse transaction.
In case of instalments, the amount will be deducted from the last payment
Our return conditions allow return of your new products (not worn during training or washed), with the original labels and bags. Customers have to inform us of the return online within 30 days after receipt of the order and have 30 days maxi to return the articles.
Items tried to check the size are not considered like worn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is damaged or for hygienic reasons.
